I love C just as much as I hate Java

  • C: Can easily create new processes and have full control.
  • Java: Pain to create new processes and have almost no control.
  • C: Would never want to code a GUI
  • Java: GUIs are very easy to create
  • Me: 90% of my programs don’t have GUI
  • Me: Do a lot of low level programming (example creating new processes and pipes)
  • Conclusion: I hate Java and have very little use for it, I love C.

I program for Linux, not Windows where everything is just a pain.

Since I started working on my comp 4421 project on my labtop running Windows 32 bit and I stop using the C programming language and started using the Arduino language. I have made more progress in one night then I have the whole semester!!!
